The Scarabaeus lives in many countries around the globe and in Germany better known as dung beetle. This name is well chosen, as it really can be found in dung. But despite of its disgusting fondness – dung - it is an icon in many countries. It symbolizes ´resurrection´ and the ´circuit of the sun´.
